Preview: Juventus Women vs Parma

Following a slip on the road last time out, the Juventus Women’s First Team will be hoping to bounce back in Serie A Women Matchday 11 as Parma visit the Stadio Pozzo-La Marmora in Biella. Kick-off is fixed for 18:00 CET on Monday, 26 January.

Ahead of the weekend’s games, the Bianconere sit fourth in the table on 17 points. 

Parma, for their part, are 10th with eight points.

• Juventus have won each of the three games they’ve played against Parma across all competitions, scoring two goals in each of them. 
• The Bianconere have won 31 of the 32 games they’ve played against newly-promoted sides in Serie A Women, with the only exception being a 1-1 home draw to Como in November 2022. They have also never lost a home game against a side from Emilia-Romagna, winning nine of 11. 
• No team has had more shots in this Serie A season than the Bianconere’s 186, and they also have the league’s best defensive record with just eight goals conceded.

• With one win and five draws in their first 10 Serie A matches, Parma are the first newly-promoted Serie A side to have avoided defeat in more than half of their opening 10 league matches since Empoli in 2019/20. Then, Empoli beat Milan in their 11th. 
• The Gialloblu have gone goalless in seven of their 10 games so far this Serie A season, at least three times more than any other team in the top flight. They’re also without a goal in their last four in the league, with no side putting together a longer run of games without scoring since Napoli hit seven between October and November 2024.
• Parma have never won an away match in Serie A, taking five draws and 13 defeats from their 18 to date, which is the longest such run in the top flight since it fell under the FIGC’s control in 1986/87.
• Cecilia Prugna has scored three Serie A goals against Juventus, making the Bianconere her favourite opponents in that regard, along with Fiorentina and Inter.
