The Juventus Museum has reached and surpassed a prestigious, historic milestone: more than two million visitors have walked through its doors to experience the Bianconeri’s history up close.
It is a truly unique venue, home to more than 500 pieces of memorabilia. The Museum is open all year round, with the exception of 25 December, and, above all, welcomes fans on matchdays.
Inaugurated on 16 May 2012, the Juventus Museum, chaired by Paolo Garimberti since its foundation, has established itself over the years as a key reference point on the international sports museum scene. Recognised by ICOM (International Council of Museums), awarded a Michelin star in 2020 and consistently ranked among the 50 most visited museums in Italy, the Museum perfectly combines traditional exhibition spaces with cutting-edge visitor experiences.
TRADITION AND INNOVATION: A UNIQUE JOURNEY
What makes the Juventus Museum truly unique is its ability to stir the emotions of Bianconeri fans while, at the same time, offering a wider audience a fascinating insight into the history and culture of our country.
From the earliest historical artefacts to the Club’s greatest modern-day triumphs, the visitor experience stands out for its multimedia and inclusive approach. The Museum is free of architectural and sensory barriers and also offers dedicated routes for blind and visually impaired visitors, as well as deaf visitors. Over the years, the home of the Bianconeri world has continued to evolve:
• Major trophies and icons: every area offers a powerful emotional experience, including the spectacular Trophy Temple, redesigned to mark the centenary of the bond between the Club and the Agnelli family;
• The new Hall of Fame: a permanent area created to pay tribute to the legendary champions of the Men’s and Women’s First Teams who have left an indelible mark on Juventus history;
• A passion for sport with J|Sport: an exhibition area celebrating great Italian and international sporting champions united by their passion for the Bianconeri colours;
• Culture, Education and Temporary Exhibitions: from educational programmes dedicated to younger visitors to the many temporary exhibitions focusing on art, comics, history and cinema, the Museum continues to expand and enrich its cultural offering.
This special milestone was also celebrated with an exceptional welcome: visitor number 2,000,000 was greeted by Claudio Marchisio, who personally accompanied them on a special tour through the Museum’s rooms and memorabilia.
Surpassing the two-million-visitor mark is not simply about reaching an extraordinary number; it is a testament to the unconditional love of a global community that, day after day, chooses to share in the history and future of these colours.
