Douglas Luiz moves to Nottingham Forest

Juventus and Douglas Luiz have parted ways.

The Brazilian midfielder's move to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League is official, joining on an initial loan deal with the English side having a purchase obligation.

After one year in Serie A, Douglas Luiz returns to England, where he had spent five years at Aston Villa.

The 27-year-old played 27 games for Juventus, 19 of which in Serie A, six in the Champions League, one in the Italian Super Cup and one in the FIFA Club World Cup.

It was in the Club World Cup that Douglas Luiz played his last official match for Juventus, coming on at the start of the second half of the 5-0 win against Al Ain in Washington D.C.
