Juventus Women coach Massimiliano Canzi’s attention is now fully focused on the Bianconere’s Italian Cup semi-final second-leg fixture at home to Fiorentina, fixed for Thursday, 6 March, at 18:00 CET.
The Bianconere hold a 3-2 advantage after the first leg in Florence, and come into the game off the back of a vital Serie A win over Roma on Sunday.
SIGHTS ON FIORENTINA
“It’s the game of the year for us. There are still seven league games left and there is a small margin for error, but this is the second leg of a knockout tie and we cannot afford to slip. We’re fully focused on the game.
“We expect Fiorentina to give everything because we’re only halfway through the tie. They’ll have to try to turn things around, so I expect them to put everything on the line in these 90 minutes.
“As well, in the league they’re a long way from the top, so this semi-final becomes all the more important for them.”
