The Men's First Team bring the Juventus Summer Tour to an end on Tuesday when they take on Palermo in Perth.
Ahead of the game, Jeremie Boga joined Luciano Spalletti for the press conference.

“In the first half against Inter we had a few moments of uncertainty, even though we were up against the best team in the league. But some of that attitude was also down to us, and I don’t want to see it again. We’ve analysed what happened carefully because, being together 24 hours a day, we have the opportunity and the time to do that. There’s a lot of hard work in a short space of time and the climate doesn’t allow you to do too much either, but I expect to always see improvements and an increasingly greater understanding as the days go by.
“At 2-0 against Inter, you could have thought that we wouldn’t be able to come back, but instead the team produced an excellent reaction in the second half, played fast, attractive football and scored a wonderful goal. We’ll keep moving forward calmly, always putting a little more into our legs and our minds, because we need to improve and that’s exactly what pre-season preparation is for.
“[Mattia] Perin will play against Palermo. That was a decision we had already planned. [Federico] Gatti, on the other hand, won’t start because he has some muscle fatigue. We’ll see during the game whether we need to use him, but if so, he’ll be able to play 20 minutes or half an hour, no more than that.
“Palermo are a Serie B team, but they have a lot of players who know Serie A well and a very motivated coach. [Filippo] Inzaghi will definitely become a top coach. He was a champion as a player and I also know him well as a person. He’s very humble, and he knows how to make use of those qualities of someone who fights and tries to get the maximum possible out of every situation. He coaches a historic club in Italian football, in a fantastic city in terms of the passion and love people have for their team, and he has players who have played in Serie A and know their profession extremely well. It will be a difficult match, played in front of a fantastic crowd.
“We’ve already seen so many of our supporters here today and we thank them for the passion they give us every day. Palermo will also have a huge following, so there will be a lot of involvement from the fans and we hope to give everyone some beautiful football to watch.”

“After the defeat against Inter, we were a little disappointed, but that’s behind us now and we’re already focused on the next match. We want to finish these days in the best possible way.
“[Kerim] Alajbegovic? I’ve been very impressed by him, but I often watch videos on YouTube, so I already knew about him and had seen some of the things he can do. I really like players of this type because they’re unpredictable and can do things that others can’t. I think that’s a quality we’re going to need.
“There isn’t long to go now until the start of the season, and we’ll have to be ready against Frosinone. I think we’ve worked very well throughout our preparations, both physically and tactically.”
