“Becoming Her: Before We Grow Up”, the new documentary produced by the Juventus Creator Lab, is available from today, 21 September, to stream on Disney+, within the ESPN section. Following the success of its premiere at the Giffoni Film Festival last July, audiences can now immerse themselves in this story that celebrates growth, determination and a passion for women’s football.
Narrated by Francesca Michielin – a great advocate of Juventus’ values and someone who has always championed the empowerment of women – the documentary closely follows the journey of three promising young talents from the Juventus family: Sofia Cholovskaya, Samantha Lee and Anna Copelli.
From training sessions at the Juventus Academy in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, via the pitches of Los Angeles, right to the beating heart of the Bianconeri’s youth academy at the Allianz Training Centre in Vinovo, the three protagonists share what it means to pursue their dreams both on and off the pitch.
