We invest in the professional growth and training experience of the Stewards from the early stages of selection and training.
We aim for continuous growth in the role through experience and continuous feedback with internal company references.
It is a dynamic professional experience, living in a team, which requires strong attention to the customer and the dynamics of the event.
Main activities:
The Steward takes care of the reception, assistance and control of the public present within the Allianz Stadium during the Juventus home games.
Steward Profile:
- Customer oriented, predisposed to contact with the public and team work
- Professional and attentive to compliance with standards
- Guarantees hourly flexibility as well as midweek and weekend availability
Preferred qualifications required to become a Steward:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language
- Domicile in Turin or in the surrounding area
What path is planned to become a Steward in Juventus?
You need to go through a selection process.
Candidates are considered suitable for a preparatory training course for the release of the certificate of qualification for the role of a Steward.
The course, free of charge, with mandatory attendance, is provided by Juventus, as a training body recognised by the Ministry.
At the end of the training course there is a theoretical / practical examination upon passing which the certificate is issued.
Those who already have the certificate issued by another Training Body must pass the selection process to access a training course aimed at integrating the skills already acquired with the specialised skills required for our company structure.
